These terms cover your use of wealsupplements.com and anything you buy from it. Buying from us means you accept them. We are Weal Supplements, operated by pgov LLC, 45 Erieview Plz, Cleveland, OH 44114.
What we sell
We sell dietary supplements. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Nothing on this site is medical advice. Our products are for adults 18 and over. If you are pregnant or nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition, talk to your physician before taking any supplement.
Orders and pricing
Prices are in US dollars and may change. We try hard to keep the site accurate, but if a product is listed at an obviously wrong price or with a plain error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than honour the mistake. We may also decline or limit an order — for example where we suspect fraud or resale.

Your account and your data
Keep your account details accurate and your password to yourself. What we collect and why is set out in our Privacy Policy.
Our content
The text, photographs, brand name and logo on this site belong to us. You are welcome to link to our pages and quote them with attribution. Please do not reproduce them wholesale or use our branding to sell something.
Accuracy of our claims
We cite the research behind statements we make about ingredients, and we publish those sources. If you think we have something wrong, tell us at hello@wealsupplements.com — we would rather correct it than defend it.
Liability
We stand behind our products, and our refund policy is how we put that right. Beyond a refund of what you paid, and to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits any right you have that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version on this page at the time of your order is the one that applies to it.
