Refund policy

If Weal Focus isn't right for you, send it back within 30 days of delivery for a refund — opened or unopened. You do not need to explain why.

How to start a return

Email hello@wealsupplements.com with your order number. We'll reply with the return address and confirm what to send back.

Refunds

Once your return arrives we inspect it and issue the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a few days more to show it. We refund the price you paid for the product.

Return postage

You cover return postage on a change-of-mind return. If an order arrived damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, that is our problem to fix — we cover the postage and either replace the order or refund it in full, whichever you prefer.

Damaged or wrong orders

Email hello@wealsupplements.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will sort it without asking you to return anything first.

Cancelling an order

If an order has not shipped yet, email us and we will cancel it and refund you in full.
