Cancellation policy

How a subscription works

Weal Focus can be bought once or as a subscription. A subscription renews automatically and is charged the subscription price shown at checkout for each delivery: every 30 days for one pouch, every 90 days for three, and every 150 days for five. Shipping is free. There is no minimum term.

Changing, skipping or cancelling

You can change, skip or cancel at any time, from your account page or by emailing hello@wealsupplements.com from the address on your order. A change made before your next billing date applies to that delivery, and we confirm it by email. Cancelling stops every future charge; it does not undo a delivery that has already been charged or shipped.

Returns

Every subscription delivery is covered by our Refund Policy: 30 days from delivery, opened or unopened.

Price changes

If the subscription price changes, we email you before the next charge, and you can cancel before it is taken.
